We are a movement that protects people. That starts with protecting the people who reach out to us. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we guard it.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us:
- If you join the notification list: your email, and — only if you offer it — a phone number and the town or county you are in.
- If you use the aid form: your name, how to reach you, and what you wrote, so a coordinator can help.
- We do not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers.
How we protect it
Contact information on the notification list is encrypted where it is stored, so a stolen copy of our database would be unreadable. Only trusted movement coordinators, signed in with two-factor authentication, can see submissions, and that information is never shown publicly. We collect as little as we can, on purpose.
What we never do
We never sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with anyone outside the movement except where the law absolutely compels us — and we will resist and, where we are legally allowed, tell you first.
Canary. As of September 20, 2026, The Feminine Against has never received a subpoena, search warrant, court order, gag order, or National Security Letter for anyone’s information, and has never been compelled to hand over data or to install surveillance of any kind. We renew this notice on a regular schedule. If this statement disappears, stops being updated, or its date goes stale, treat it as a warning and act accordingly.
How long we keep it
Aid requests are removed within about 30 days after they are resolved. You can ask us to remove you from the notification list, or delete anything you have sent us, at any time — just contact us and we will.
Who helps us run the site
The site runs on Cloudflare, which hosts it and provides the “are you human?” check on our forms. Standard security logs (like the internet address a request came from) are handled by Cloudflare and are not used to profile you.
Text messages
If you give a phone number and opt in, you may receive occasional text alerts about actions. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop them.
